Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the campaign management lifecycle, ensuring clarity and alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Plan and deliver tactical campaigns across regional, cluster, and hotel levels, including strategy, messaging, targeting, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate campaign operations across owned media channels, ensuring content and assets are properly executed.
  • Analyze feeder market insights and post-campaign performance to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Drive the tactical campaign calendar and ensure synergy across hotels in the SEAA region.
  • Support training, knowledge sharing, and team development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, frameworks, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of campaign marketing experience.
  • Strong background in performance marketing with knowledge of A/B and multi-variant testing.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (local languages are a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Self-starter, team player, and positive role model with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work long hours when required.

As an Assistant Marketing Manager at Battle Mind Creative Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies that encompass social media and google channels. Your role will be crucial in driving leadership for the marketing department to achieve business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • (Strategy) Plan, develop, and implement 360 marketing strategies.
  • (Account Servicing) Function as the account lead and project manager to key projects.
  • (Team Work) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • (Growth Mindset) Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.
  • (Leadership) Lead a team of junior marketing professionals to execute campaigns for our clients effectively.
  • (Data) Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • (Business) Work closely with other Department Leaders (HOD) to drive innovation in marketing by integrating new tools, platforms, and techniques into strategies to grow business.
  • (Result Driven) Work closely with Managament, HOD, Clients, other staff of Battle Mind Creative to drive towards results for marketing campaigns.
  • (Accountability) Responsible for overseeing revenue goals for key accounts.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Required language(s): English. Good written & spoken Mandarin/Malay language will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience of min 3 years in digital marketing management , preferably in the FMCG, travel, food & beverage or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong understanding of 360 digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills .
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Qualities: Independent, relentless problem solver, quick learner, street-smart, creative, enthusiastic.
  • Preferably Marketing agency executives specialised in Account Management, Digital Marketing or equivalent.
