Looking for Architectural Assistants for our practice located in Oasis Square Ara Damansara. The Architectural Assistant will assist in preparing technical drawings and architectural plans, support the development of designs, create and present architectural drawings, and communicate effectively with team members and clients. They will also participate in project presentations and contribute to the overall project workflow.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Architectural Drawings Strong background in Architecture and related principles Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in creating and delivering Presentations Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred Familiarity with architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar is beneficial

Job Responsibilities
- Manage assigned Architectural and Interior projects independently under some guidance of the Principal and/or Associate.
- Design development throughout all stages from Concept design to Detail design
- Project management and coordination till the completion of projects.
- Productions of 2D/ 3D drawings and Detail Construction drawings, including Tender Document & Drawings.
- Prepare Meeting minutes and document information logically.
- To coordinate and speak to various client/ client representatives, consultants and vendors for the projects.
- To manage client and timeline of the project.
- To represent the Company to attend Design coordination and Technical meetings.
Job Requirements
- Possess a flair for creativity and keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in software (AutoCAD, Sketch-up, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop etc)
- Knowledge in 3D software and Photoshop.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to self-motivate with good time management skills.
- At least 3 years of experience during construction stage.
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Architecture

To review design input for adequacy, compliance with statutory requirements, review, verify and validate design output and controlling design changes and modifications. To assist to plan and prepare Project Design Programmes and project design and build master schedule. To assist to prepare Authorities Submission Schedule and CF inspection schedule for each project. To liaise with the customers and other sections. To review, verify and validate design output as applicable as per procedures. To ensure conformance to the design and development procedures of the Kajima Total Management Systems. To evaluate Architect Consultant performance at the end of each project. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima Total Management Systems. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior. Requirements: Possess a degree in Architecture or related studies. Minimum of 15 years working experience in the related field. Good understanding of architectural design and Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL) compliance requirements.
