As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring product delivery to our customers and business. You will be the focal point, ensuring effective co-ordinational and alignment across all stakeholders involved in the delivery of software products, including Senior Management, Product, UX, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and more. Drives continuous improvement, facilitates retrospectives, supports team ways of working, and mentors junior team members.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Over 10 years of experience in product delivery, with 8+ years in Technical Project Management across global teams and projects.
Proven expertise in applying Lean and Agile methodologies to software product and SaaS delivery initiatives.
Holds a Project Management certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
Skilled in managing onshore-offshore project models and working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and other product/project management platforms.
Actively mentors and supports junior team members, fostering growth and best practices.

We are hiring a Site Reliability / Gitops Engineer to our Information Systems (IS) team. This role is an opportunity for an "automation-first" technologist with a passion for Linux to build a career with Canonical and drive the success with those leveraging Ubuntu and open source products. Job Summary
The IS team at Canonical supports and maintains all of Canonical's IT production services. The team is in charge of running services used by over 60 million Ubuntu users.
As an SRE & Gitops engineer you'll be in a unique position to drive operations automation to the next level, both in our own private clouds as well as in the public clouds. We do this by utilizing the best of open source infrastructure as code software, software development practices such as CI/CD pipelines, and Canonical's leading products for software operation automation.
In addition to defining the infrastructure as code, you will improve Canonical products and the open-source technologies they're based on by providing critical feedback to developers on how their products operate at scale. This is done by submitting bugs (and sometimes writing pull requests) and collaborating on design and implementations with other teams within the company.
You'll be part of a global team of SREs that work together and support each other to provide the best possible services to our company, Canonical's customers and the Ubuntu Community.
Location : This role is available remotely in any timezone.
As a Site Reliability / Gitops Engineer engineer you will
- Apply your experience of IaC to develop infrastructure as code practice within IS by constantly increasing automation and improving IaC processes
- Automate software operations for re-usability and consistency across private and public clouds, taking into consideration the complexities of distributed systems
- Develop new features and improve the resilience and scalability of the existing cloud and container portfolio at Canonical
- Maintain operational responsibility for all of Canonical's core services, networks, and infrastructure
- Develop skills in troubleshooting, capacity planning, and performance investigation, Setting up, maintaining and using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch; design, implement and maintain monitoring and alerting for various systems and services
- Collaborate with development teams to design service architecture, documentation, playbooks, policies and operational procedures
- Provide assistance and work with globally distributed engineering, operations, and support peers
- Be given uninterrupted development time to focus on larger projects and automation of manual tasks
- Share your experience, know-how and best practices with other team members in design sessions, mentorship and 'doing work together'
- Carry final responsibility for time-critical escalations
- A deep experience of, and knowledge to define operations in code, using version control, peer review and CI/CD to roll out changes both to applications and infrastructure
- Strong modern engineering background (peer-review, unit testing, SCM, CI/CD, Agile)
- Python software development experience, with large projects
- Practical knowledge of Linux networking, routing, and firewalls
- Affinity with various forms of Linux storage, from Ceph to Databases
- Hands-on experience administering enterprise Linux servers
- Extensive knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies
- Bachelor's degree or greater, preferably in computer science or related engineering field
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English over email, chat, video or voice calls and in-person

Job Description
In your new role you will:
- System Integration & Automation
- Support automation and robotic systems (MCS, Low-level Controller system, Dispatching, traceability and monitoring tools) in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Interface with vendors, factory operations, and internal engineering teams to implement hardware and software solutions.
- Develop, configure, and maintain automation workflows across robotic handling, AMHS, and process equipment.
- Document all integration plans, change logs, configuration details, and system designs.
- Implement and support SECS/GEM communication protocols and REST integration
- Software Support & Application Management
- Design, develop, and maintain automation and robotics systems supporting Lights OUT manufacturing operations.
- Manage SQL/NoSQL databases related to system logging, traceability, and automation analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements, enhancements, and support needs.
- Maintain software development documentation including architecture diagrams, source control logs, deployment guides, and user manuals.
- Support SECS/GEM communication and REST integrations between systems.
- Network & Infrastructure
- Liaise with IT infrastructure teams to align network planning, configuration switches, wireless access points (APs), firewalls, server provisioning and load balancing setup.
- Provide oversight on network configuration related to automation and robotic systems.
- Ensure secure, stable, and high-performance connectivity.
- Document network architecture, configurations, changes, and support procedures.
- Factory Support, Incident & Problem Management
- Provide level 2/2.5 support for incident response and escalation for automation and robotic systems issues in the factory.
- Lead incident management activities including impact assessment, containment, resolution, recovery, and communication.
- Conduct problem management by performing root cause analysis (RCA), developing corrective/preventive action plans, and tracking to closure.
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, problems, resolutions, and lessons learned for continuous improvement and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors during critical issue resolution.
- Testing, Validation & Training
- Develop, execute functional and integration test plans and complete user acceptance test for new systems or software prior to factory deployment.
- Support Operational & Performance documentation and compliance.
- Conduct training sessions for engineers and operators on new tools, systems, or updated processes.
- Prepare and update training materials, test records, and system validation documents.
- Shift/On-Call Support
- Provide support during normal office hours.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide off-hours support, including weekends and holidays, as defined by the roster plan.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor automation systems with focus on Lights OUT automation, factory system architecture, and software development
- Proven experience with Lights OUT Manufacturing, MCS, AMR/OHV, and stocker systems.
- Strong software development background (e.g. Java, Python, C#, Docker and Microservices). Knowledge in VDA 5050 will be an advantage.
- Experience with application/database management (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with network systems, including configuration of switches, wireless APs, VLANs, and network troubleshooting tools.
- Experience in incident and problem management processes, and tools.
- Deep understanding of SECS/GEM communication protocols.
- Excellent knowledge of REST API development and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work independently and under pressure.

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes.
Mission: Lead Sleek's global finance function, providing strategic financial leadership to the Board, investors, and lenders. Ensure Sleek's financial preparedness for a potential IPO.
Outcomes:
Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Develop and implement a robust strategic financial planning process that supports long-term growth and IPO readiness.
- This includes enhancing forecasting methodologies, scenario planning, and capital expenditure analysis to inform both strategic operating decisions and Board-level decisions
- Optimize the company's capital structure and develop strategies for efficient capital allocation.
- Successfully lead any required fundraising rounds, including pre-IPO financing, engaging effectively with potential investors and lenders
- Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive financial risk management frameworks, including currency, interest rate, and operational risks.
- Ensure strict adherence to all financial regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal controls in anticipation of public company requirements
- Further enhance and automate global financial systems to support international expansion and increased operational complexity, ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions
- Identify and address any internal control gaps, implementing scalable and efficient new processes, and creating a centrally accessible, easy-to-understand repository of all core Finance systems, decisions, and workflows
- Develop and execute a global tax strategy that minimizes liabilities while ensuring compliance, particularly in the context of international growth and future public company obligations

- At least 15 years experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership position
