THE ROLE:

As CAD Manager you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the EDA environment for Project CAD team in the Adaptive & Embedded Computing Group (AECG). You will oversee the complete SCH-to-GDS flow, manage tool deployments, and drive methodology development across multiple semiconductor projects. This is an opportunity to shape the technical direction of critical IC design workflows and lead a team of skilled CAD engineers. You will advise on tools selection, and interface with various EDA tool vendors and foundries to run the EDA tools, PDKs and other files necessary for the Silicon Development Team to operate efficiently. You will be responsible for defining and creating a unified environment that sets the versions of the tools, PDK and design for every individual chip in development. Additionally, you will interact with the various Silicon development teams who will be requesting newer versions of the tools, and raise trouble tickets with CAD vendors as needed.

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate has experience leading others in technical and managerial settings. You also have excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and manage the CAD infrastructure team supporting multiple IC design projects
  • Establish and maintain standardized design flows and methodologies
  • Implement and support customized CAD flows for Fabric design groups
  • Enable the team in meeting the design and development targets by working closely with external tool vendors
  • Develop tools flows methodologies on digital back-end domains, sign-off flows for timing, power, EM/IR, DRC/LVS/DFM, etc.
  • Improve engineering efficiency while improving design quality in IP release process
  • Be single point contact for bugs and issues for custom and analog physical design team
  • Build flow in TCL, Python to ensure quality and faster executions
  • Understand different methodologies used across industry to adopt best practices
  • Leverage and deploy AMD AI systems to design teams
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 10+ years of silicon EDA and/or digital ASIC design experience
  • PPA Power Performance Area Optimization
  • Virtuoso based custom Layout tools and flows
  • Calibre extraction flows, Totem & Redhawk for EM/IR
  • TCL, Python, PERL, or other scripting languages
  • 2+ years in one or more of these tools: Design compiler, IC Compiler, Fusion Compiler, Cadence Virtuoso and Custom Compiler
  • Physical aspect of VLSI designs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Position Summary:

As a Development Engineer with auto vision inspection processes, you will lead process development activities. You will support development builds from conceptual prototyping to production industrialization, equipment performance enhancement, process capability improvement, and drive yield and cost optimizations. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Equipment Engineering, with opportunities to take on team leadership responsibilities.

What You Will Do:

Process development to support technical program and project, establish and develop new processes, including designing process mechanism and equipment, creating production procedures, and establishing quality control guidelines

Identifying and resolving technical challenges during the process development, requiring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in order to provide solution accordingly.

Support material and equipment evaluations for scalability and robustness.

Collaborate on cross-functional development and transfer of technologies into volume production.

Guide, mentor and coach Associate Engineers / Technicians and/or Manufacturing Specialist.

What You Will Bring (RequiredQualifications):

Experience in semiconductor backend or precision electronics manufacturing.

Practical knowledge of semiconductor machine preferably auto inspection vision, familiar with various type of AVI process and equipment will be added advantage.

Demonstrated ability in development activities execution, recipe development, and process optimization.

Strong understanding of SPC, DOE, FMEA, and root cause analysis.

Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP), MES systems, and machine data traceability.

Knowledge of OEE, GR&R, MSA, and capability studies, added advantage.

Independent and proactive, with strong initiative and minimal supervision required.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 and IATF 16949 standards.

The Senior Statistician reports to the Biostatistics Coordinator, serves as the primary point of contact to the study team for statistical related matters, liaises with external stakeholders and ensures clinical data are analyzed in compliance with applicable standards, regulatory guidelines and OPIS SOPs. The Senior Statistician provides the study team and the Sponsor with advice on statistical methodology and study design and acts as a mentor for junior staff. What you'll do
  • Be responsible for all statistical activities regarding the assigned clinical studies, e.g. study design, sample size estimation, analysis plan, analysis populations, statistical analyses and reporting
  • Work independently with minimal support from the Head of Biostatistics Unit- Contribute to the design of clinical studies providing appropriate statistical methodology
  • Review the study objectives and endpoints with the study team and/or the Sponsor and write detailed statistical analysis plan (SAP)
  • Generate randomization lists or random selection procedures and collaborate with the Data Manager to produce the related documentation
  • Collaborate with the Data Management team to design and review the study CRF, to define protocol deviations, edit checks and other data quality controls
  • Develop SAS programs and/or collaborate with the SAS programmer to generate analysis, datasets, mock shells, TFLs for reporting and publications
  • Perform the quality control of deliverables generated by other statisticians or SAS programmers
  • Write the Statistical Report and/or the statistical sections of the Clinical Study Report
  • Track activities and milestones to ensure timely project deliverables
  • Liaise with Sponsor and external stakeholders regarding statistical activities and results of statistical analyses
  • Present and share knowledge at team meetings
  • Collaborate in establishing and maintaining SOPs related to Biostatistics
  • Organize/perform trainings for project team and acts as a mentor for junior staff
What we are looking for
  • Degree in Statistics (or equivalent degree) with a specialization in medical or epidemiological statistics
  • At least 3 year of experience in CRO, biotech, pharma, research institutes or similar
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in statistics and its applications to clinical research
  • Solid knowledge and experience in drug development process and GCP guidelines
  • Solid knowledge of SAS and other statistical software packages
  • Experience in developing CDISC standard specifications and datasets (SDTM, ADaM)

Job Overview

The General Manager oversees all aspects of plant operations including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and supply chain. This role ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective production aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for cost reduction, process optimization, and capacity planning.
  • Manage and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
  • Oversee inventory, procurement, and logistics to maintain optimal material flow.
  • Control budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, suppliers, and customers to align operations with business needs.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or FMCG, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, automation, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
