Provide high-impact executive and operational support to the SEA General Manager, enabling leadership effectiveness, organizational alignment, and disciplined execution across the region. This role serves as a central integrator for the SEA business, translating priorities into coordinated actions, strengthening operating rhythm, and ensuring seamless office operations.
**In this role, you will:**
**Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation of meetings, reports, and presentations.**
**Act as a strategic liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on key priorities.**
**Oversee office operations across Southeast Asia, managing vendors, facilities, budgets, and administrative processes to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.**
**Coordinate regional events, leadership meetings, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.**
**Drive process improvements and administrative efficiency by implementing systems, tools, and best practices to enhance productivity and governance.**
**What we look for:**
**Years and Type of Experience:**
**>5 years of experience in** **Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Office Management roles**
**Proven experience supporting** **senior leadership (Director/GM level)** **in a fast-paced environment**
**Experience in** **regional or multi-market organizations preferred**
**Skills and Abilities:**
**Strong** **business acumen** **and ability to understand and prioritize against business goals**
**Excellent** **organizational and prioritization skills** **, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders**
**Strong** **communication and stakeholder management** **across levels and functions**

Regional Sales Manager MY South & Singapore
**In this role, you will:**
**Business Development & Distributor Management:**
+ To achieve the agreed sales, distribution and spending objectives by effectively managing and directing the activities of secondary sales force.
+ To ensure distributor branches' annual sales and distribution objectives are translated to individual secondary sales force by month.
+ To plan together with Distributor branch Managers on forward month trade activities by using scorecard and review progress on the agreed timelines within the month.
+ To formally review Distributor branches' performance based on Business Review Template on quarterly basis.
+ To initiate plans and promotional activities which will help to improve distribution, trade stock holding, merchandising or improve sales opportunities.
+ To enforce Distribution guidelines through MUST CARRY LIST to achieve the desired distribution objectives by outlet types.
+ To ensure the company merchandising standards are met.
+ To ensure good warehouse practices are in place in distributor's warehouse.
+ To ensure distributor complies with the terms and conditions of the distributor agreement.
+ To complement Distributor Manager in improving secondary sales force competency through coaching and field of accompaniment.
**Administration:**
+ To ensure distributor claim are submitted according to finance requirement and on timely basis.
+ To report competitive activities on regular basis.
**What we look for:**
**Years and Type of Experience:**
+ At least 5 years of experience in managerial position in an FMCG background. Preferably in distributor channel
**Skills and Abilities**
+ Good communication skills in English in both written and oral. Additional Chinese dialects will be advantage.
+ Possess strong leadership skills and ability collaborates with others.
+ Ability to work independently on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary
+ Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
**Education Level/Degree:**
+ Preferably Degree holder in any discipline. Minimum Diploma
