Employee Relations Rep II
**POSITION SUMMARY:**
Responsible for supporting initiatives that enhance employee development, strengthen workplace culture, and improve organizational effectiveness. This role will focus on training coordination, competency development, and supporting change management efforcs to drive a high-performance workforce.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1. Identify, analyze, plan and execute yearly training programs for all associates to improve their competencies.
2. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and assist in planning the annual training calendar.
3. Coordinate and schedule training programs, including liasing with trainers, training logistics and managing participants list.
4. Maintain accurate training records, track training completion, and generate reports on training effectiveness.
5. Support the development of training materials, e-learning content and deliver in-house training program.
6. Manage and monitor Human Resource Development (HRD) fund to ensure 100% of the company contribution to HRD is fully utilized for AEMY training needs.
7. Support compliance audits and customer visit audits related to training and development.
8. Assist in policy formation, updates, and communication to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
9. Be an Effective Consultant on Organizational Development issues and initiatives.
10. Administer the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
11. Assist in talent identification and career development initiatives. Support the implementation of succession planning frameworks and competency development programs.
12. Coordinate employee engagement surveys, analyze results and track action plan implementation.
13. Plan and organize teambuilding activities to strengthen workplace relationships and collaboration.
14. Facilitate and support the on-boarding program for new hires to make sure the program run smoothly and to create a positive first impression on the new hires.
15. Participate in HR related projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
16. Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.
17. Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the production processes and components, business and other technology including materials.
18. Other duties assigned by superior.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT** **:**
+ Location: Penang Science Park, Simpang Ampat Penang.
+ Mostly office environment.
+ Some travel may be necessary domestically.    
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Demonstrates strong analytical and presentation capabilities: data driven, able to put together and present data in a clear manner.
+ Ability to obtain, verify and evaluate general and statistical information.
+ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

**EXPERIENCE:**
+ 2+ years of experience in Human Resources; hands-on experience in HR Training and Development functional area is preferred.
+ Knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relation Act 1967 is required.
+ Knowledge in conducting TNA, administering HRD fund and managing training record and database.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HR systems or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
+ Experience working in a manufacturing and corporate environment is preferred.
+ Knowledge in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and ISO standards management system is preferred.
**EDUCATION:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Adminstration or other relevant discipline is preferred.

+ Regular review FMEA and SPM (Supplier Process Management Plan) with vendors to ensure improvement and process control are in place.
+ Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the production processes and components, business and other technology including materials.
+ Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT:**
+ Location: Penang Science Park, Simpang Ampat Penang.
+ Works in standard office environment and uses general office equipment (phone, PC, copier, fax machine etc.)
+ Domestic and international travel may be required.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Experience in the electronics manufacturing process and quality control. PCBA manufacturing is preferred.
+ Experience in the quality tools application such as SPC, FMEA, 8D and etc., preferably Six Sigma green belt/ black belt certified.
+ Knowledge of ISO procedure and RoHS. ISO 9001 certified is preferred.
+ Experience in auditing, qualifying, and selecting suppliers.
**EXPERIENCE:**
+ Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Supplier Quality, NPI Quality, or Manufacturing Quality.
+ Experience supporting complex, high-reliability products in industries such as semiconductor equipment, industrial, medical devices, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing is preferred.
+ Experience in leading supplier quality initiatives in complex product environments.
+ Driving supplier performance improvements and risk mitigation.
+ Managing critical escalations and influencing business outcomes.
**EDUCATION:**

10.Review, track, and analyze annual quality data and provide QIP (Quality Improvement Plan).
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Experience in the mechanical manufacturing process and quality control.
+ Experience in the quality tools application such as SPC, FMEA, 8D and etc., preferably Six Sigma green belt/ black belt certified.
+ Knowledge of ISO procedure and RoHS.
+ Experience in auditing, qualifying, and selecting suppliers.
+ Some travel will be required.
**SKILLS:**

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
IT Site Support Specialist role provides support for hardware, software, network and system server, issues encountered by users using their personal computer, laptop, monitors, keyboards, printers, wireless scanners and printers, mobile devices, wifi access and other peripherals, etc. Provide some L2/L3 system support for AE Infra (Server and Infra) when required.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1. Receives, responds to, troubleshoots, and corrects IT related technical problems from internal customers.
2. Tracks PC problems and resolves them in a prompt and courteous manner.
3. Logs, monitor, resolve and close tickets in the Service Desk Tool.
4. Directs advanced technical problems to the appropriate resource when necessary via helpdesk platform.
5. Works on software installation, update, and configuration as directed by PC Coordinator(s).
6. Works on the installation, configuration, and placement of new PCs, as well as assisting with the PC roll-down process.
7. Works on the maintaining, configuration of computers, printers, switches, servers, copy machine, etc.
8. Works on the updating support information such as PC inventory, PC Loaners, IT assets etc.
9. Assists with training for new hires and internal customers.
10. Works with Managers and Leads to determine daily/weekly priorities and to troubleshoot advanced technical problems.
11. Evaluate and purchase IT equipment and network systems, etc., including computers, printers, network equipment, instruments, etc.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced NPI Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Senior Engineer to lead supplier quality execution for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. This role is critical to ensuring supplier quality readiness, preventing supplier-related quality escapes, and enforcing disciplined execution of the Quality Critical Component List (QCCL) from Proto through EVT and DVT. The SQE senior engineer will serve as a key technical leader and advisor, partnering closely with NPI Quality Program Management (QPM) and cross-functional teams to enable predictable, high-quality product launches and support overall Quality Performance Index (QPI) objectives.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**1.New Product Introduction (NPI) & Supplier Quality**
+ Lead end-to-end supplier quality strategy and execution across all NPI phases (Proto, EVT, DVT).
+ Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for supplier quality readiness and risk management.
+ Anticipate and mitigate supplier-related risks through early engagement and structured quality planning.
+ Provide formal quality sign-off and governance for NPI phase transitions and readiness reviews.
+ Influence cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement teams.
**2.Quality Critical Component List (QCCL) Execution**
+ Establish, validate, and maintain the Quality Critical Component List (QCCL) for all assigned NPI programs.
+ Ensure 100% of QCCL items are reviewed, mitigated, and cleared prior to first NPI build.
+ Lead decision-making on supplier qualification and control strategies for all QCCL components.
+ Ensure QCCL risks are mitigated, verified, and supplier-approved by DVT.
**3.Supplier Readiness & FAI Execution**
+ Ensure NPI suppliers are deployed with a defined and approved NPI quality process.
+ Assess supplier readiness for new designs, processes, materials, and technologies.
+ Own First Article Inspection (FAI) planning and execution readiness for NPI builds.
+ Ensure on-time FAI completion prior to NPI build execution.
**4.Risk Management, Prevention & Continuous Improvement**
+ Lead supplier risk assessments including PFMEA, control plan reviews, and process capability evaluations.
+ Drive proactive supplier prevention and control improvements to eliminate defects before occurrence.
+ Deliver supplier prevention or control improvements.
+ Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier-related NPI issues.
5.Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the production processes and components, business and other technology including materials.
6.Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.

This role is critical to ensuring supplier quality readiness, preventing supplier-related quality escapes, and enforcing disciplined execution of the Quality Critical Component List (QCCL) from Proto through EVT and DVT. The SQE Manager partners closely with NPI Quality Program Management (QPM) and cross-functional teams to enable predictable, high-quality product launches and support overall Quality Performance Index (QPI) objectives.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**1.New Product Introduction (NPI) & Supplier Quality**
+ Lead supplier quality execution across NPI phases (Proto, EVT, DVT).
+ Prevent critical supplier-related quality incidents during NPI through early risk identification and mitigation.
+ Partner with NPI QPM to ensure supplier quality readiness aligns with program milestones and phase gates.
+ Provide supplier quality approval supporting NPI phase exits and DVT readiness.
**2.Quality Critical Component List (QCCL) Execution**
+ Establish, validate, and maintain the Quality Critical Component List (QCCL) for all assigned NPI programs.
+ Ensure 100% of QCCL items are reviewed, mitigated, and cleared prior to first NPI build.
+ Define supplier qualification and control strategies for all QCCL components.
+ Ensure QCCL risks are mitigated, verified, and supplier-approved by DVT.
**3.Supplier Readiness & FAI Execution**
+ Ensure NPI suppliers are deployed with a defined and approved NPI quality process.
+ Assess supplier readiness for new designs, processes, materials, and technologies.
+ Own First Article Inspection (FAI) planning and execution readiness for NPI builds.
+ Ensure on-time FAI completion prior to NPI build execution.
**4.Risk Management, Prevention & Continuous Improvement**
+ Lead supplier risk assessments including PFMEA, control plan reviews, and process capability evaluations.
+ Drive proactive supplier prevention and control improvements to eliminate defects before occurrence.
+ Deliver supplier prevention or control improvements.
+ Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier-related NPI issues.
5.Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the production processes and components, business and other technology including materials.
6.Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.
7.Other duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Strong expertise in supplier quality, NPI execution, and risk management.
+ Working knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, APQP, PPAP, and FAI processes.
+ Experience operating within ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
+ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
**EXPERIENCE:**
**Essential**
+ Minimum 8 to 10+ years of progressive experience in Supplier Quality, NPI Quality, or Manufacturing Quality.
+ Experience supporting complex, high-reliability products in industries such as semiconductor equipment, industrial, medical devices, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing is preferred.
+ Experience in leading supplier quality initiatives in complex product environments
+ Driving supplier performance improvements and risk mitigation.
+ Managing critical escalations and influencing business outcomes.
**EDUCATION:**
**Essential:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field from an accredited institution.
+ Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent certification preferred.

Quality Control Engineer II (Incoming)
**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The MRB / IQC Engineer is responsible for managing and reducing MRB (Material Review Board) inventory through effective coordination with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on driving timely disposition of non-conforming materials, ensuring material availability to support production, and leading improvement initiatives to address recurring quality issues.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**1.** **MRB Management & Inventory Clearance**
1. Drive timely disposition and clearance of MRB inventory to minimize aging and excess stock.
2. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Engineering, Production, Procurement, Supplier Quality, and Warehouse) to resolve non-conforming materials.
3. Monitor MRB aging reports and escalate critical issues impacting production.
4. Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of MRB transactions.
**2.** **Incoming Quality Control (IQC)**
1. Oversee incoming inspection activities to ensure materials meet quality standards.
2. Support purge and re-screening activities, ensuring proper execution and timely completion.
3. Drive investigation on highest rejection rates identified during purge/re-screen processes and lead root cause analysis.
4. Support urgent material inspection and release to meet production requirements.
**3** . **Cross-functional Coordination**
1. Act as the key interface between IQC, Engineering, Production, and Suppliers for MRB-related issues.
2. Expedite decision-making for material disposition (use-as-is, rework, return,scrap).
3. Support urgent build requirements by prioritizing critical material disposition.
**4.** **Non-Conformance Management & Improvement**
1. Chair or lead discussions on top non-conforming materials and drive corrective preventive actions (CAPA).
2. Analyze quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes.
3. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to implement improvement actions.
4. Track effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure closure of quality issues.
**5.** **Process & Compliance**
1. Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and customer requirements.
2. Maintain proper records and reports for audits and internal reviews.
3. Continuously improve MRB and IQC processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT:**
+ Location: Penang Science Park, Simpang Ampat Penang.
+ Works in a ESD compliance IQC lab environment. 
+ Works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 
+ Overtime may be necessary in times to meet target set.
+ Regular travelling required to oversee IQC operation at variety location.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Strong understanding of incoming quality control processes, inspection methods, and sampling plans.
+ Familiar with non-conformance management systems (NCMR/MRB processes).
+ Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D Problem Solving, 5 Why Analysis,Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagram or Pareto Analysis
+ Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple urgent issues in a fast-paced environment.
+ Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
+ Proactive in driving continuous improvement initiatives and reducing recurring defects.
+ Solid understanding of ISO 9001 ,ISO 14001, UL, TUV.
+ Strong sense of ownership and accountability in driving material disposition and issue closure.
+ Ability to lead discussions and chair meetings related to non-conformance and improvement actions.
+ Good decision-making skills under pressure, especially for urgent material release.
+ PC skills, can properly make routing report with MS office tools (With advance MS office skill will be added advantage).
+ Knowledge and understanding of ESD practices.
+ Have good team work spirit.
+ Good communication and coordination skills across multiple functions.
+ Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent priorities.
**EXPERIENCE:**
+ Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a team of IQC inspectors or technicians.
+ Minimum 5 year of electronic product manufacturing quality inspection experiences.
+ Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in IQC / MRB / Quality Engineering in manufacturing environment.
+ Proven experience in handling MRB inventory management, disposition processes, and non-conformance control.
+ Experience in purge and re-screening activities, including driving investigations on high rejection rates.
**EDUCATION:**
