Key Responsibilities
1. Omnichannel Operator Experience (OX) & Growth Strategy
+ Identify new opportunities across channels, operators, and market dynamics
+ Define operator segmentation and growth frameworks by priority segments
+ Translate insights into scalable propositions, campaigns, and engagement models
+ Design structured operator journey architecture for lead generation, engagement, and conversion
+ Define key use cases across media, CRM, and Martech ecosystem

2. Trade Strategy & Investment Governance
+ Define and lead trade marketing strategy, aligned with category, brand, and commercial priorities

+ Demonstrated ability in driving technology and transformation projects would be preferred.

The Marketing and Communications Manager is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. The Marketing and Communications Manager is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. - Drive co-sell pipeline development and revenue growth - identify, qualify, and advance joint opportunities with public sector end-customers, articulating the differentiated value of the partner's AI models deployed on AWS infrastructure (including GovCloud and classified environments)
- Navigate public sector compliance and security requirements as they pertain to the partner's model deployment, data residency, and end-customer procurement pathways
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 3+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including, but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking experience
