+ Warranty Process - Analyzes customer issues to verify root cause of failure and associated progressive damage using Cummins published service information; interprets the warranty administration manual to determine eligibility for coverage and claim requirements; identifies items associated with repair that can be covered and communicates to stakeholders; files a claim in the appropriate system using proper documentation and requirements to receive accurate settlement.

**Principal Responsibilities:**
+ Act as customers' representative and point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customers

**Where is the work:**
On-Site (5 days)
You will be responsible to drive the modernization of our installed base. In this role, you will be the visiting client sites to identify aging HVAC/BMS controllers and proposing control system upgrades and services contract opportunities. Your goal is to transition our clients from legacy offline systems to cloud-connected assets, laying the foundation for our AI-driven energy services.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct site visits to existing customer facilities to audit their current control systems and HVAC assets.
+ Identify "digital gaps": specific controllers that are outdated, obsolete, or incapable of cloud connectivity.
+ Maintain a detailed database of the installed base, tagging sites that are "AI-Ready" vs. those requiring hardware retrofits.
+ Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Controller Upgrades and IoT Gateway installations.
+ Explain the technical necessity of these upgrades to Facility Managers/Clients/Consultants.
+ Coordinate with the fulfilment team to ensure accurate pricing for installation labour and cabling.
+ Act as the bridge between the client's technical team and our advanced digital offerings.
+ Demo the basic capabilities of the cloud platform
+ Follow up on service quotations to close small-to-medium retrofit projects
**Requirements:**
+ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
+ Min 3 years related experience in HVAC/ Building automation industry
+ Knowledge in how machines talk to the internet (IoT, Cloud, AI) will be an added advantage
+ Strong communication skills. Comfortable speaking with facility managers and technicians.
+ Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel frequently to client sites.
