Job Summary:

Ensure products meet quality standards through inspection, testing, and reporting, supporting the production team to maintain high-quality output.

Job Description:

• Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Identify and report defects or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate quality control records and prepare regular reports.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Job Descriptions:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, order status updates, and service issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., inbound, inventory, outbound) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor and update order status in the system; communicate delays or issues proactively to customers.
• Prepare and send daily, weekly, or monthly reports to clients as required.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently (CCTV checking), ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service recovery.

• Prepare weekly and monthly quality performance dashboards including:

• Order accuracy rate (%)

• Packing defect trends

• Return reasons summary

• Non-performance root cause analysis

• Use Excel or Google Sheets to analyze QC data and highlight repeat issues or underperforming SKUs/processes.

• Share QC insights during internal operations review meetings or with client service teams.

Requirements:

• SPM (or equivalent) qualification are welcome to apply.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving and root cause analysis.

Checking printing sample according to checkpoint

Communication with production team to ensure all product quality and safety in place during operation.

In charge the rejection from customer.

Monitor loading process.

Check printing paper & ensure in good condition.

Ensure the block is clean.

Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures

Assist operation team to ensure people and working place in good and clean condition.

Prepare and maintain QC reports and records with accuracy

Able to work under shift rotation.
