**Job Description**
We are seeking a strategic and experienced, results-driven professional to elevate our brand presence, immersive consumer engagement and drive conversion/sales. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for executing our social media strategy across key platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives across ASEAN. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Drive, implement and manage social media campaigns with clear objectives, tactics and KPIs across ASEAN to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.
+ Work closely with regional and local marketing and sales teams, influencers and/or external agency teams to successfully execute social media campaigns and launches.
+ Create and manage social media content and strategy for the region, in alignment with brand guidelines and tone-of-voice.

**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university.
+ Demonstrated track record in driving and managing successful social media campaigns for a global brand, with at least 4+ years of related social media experience.
+ Keen understanding and appreciation of the social media landscape across ASEAN.
+ Proven ability and experience managing paid and organic campaigns across key social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.
+ Proficiency in social media management platforms and tools (like Emplifi) with experience utilizing them to optimize engagement and track performance metrics.
+ Data-driven with good understanding of social listening and other analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators to inform and enhance social media strategy.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
