Location Full job descriptionJOB SCOPE:
- To provide effective overall maintenance of plants, which include breakdown and preventive maintenance.
- To evaluate and assign work request, duty and work schedule for the workshop staff (both mechanical and electrical).
- Keep stock of spare- parts of critical equipment.
- To ensure sourced parts are within approved specifications according to plant requirement.
- To assist engineer/manager to prepare a proper plant shut down planning and to lead the maintenance team on plant troubleshooting.
- Ensure all plant utilities compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain safe working conditions and strictly follow safety rules and regulations.
- To ensure they are fully aware of the Company Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Food
Safety Policy and understand the requirements.
- To ensure the department is fully aware in implementing, establishing and maintaining the company’s QHSE and Food Safety management system and Responsible Care Program including controlling and adherence of the management system in accordance with the standard requirements
- To adhere and implement Energy Management System requirement
- To cooperate and comply with additional task / instruction by superior regarding plant maintenance.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum five (5) years working experience in related industry.
- Advantage with QHSE and Food Safety knowledge/working experience.
