Full Job Description
Job Description:- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Handle and follow up pre-payments for all bookings which have been made.
- Attend to daily emails and WhatsApp correspondences on timely manner.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the customer experience.
- To create booking with supplier, prepare document for payment by the dateline
- Candidate must process higher education level, Diploma tourism management
- At least 3-5 years above working experience in related Tourism industry
- Knowledge of using Sabre GDS for air ticketing
- Power suite & Tour plan for Invoicing
- BOS (Back Office system) for online booking
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Working Location: Mayflower Holidays, near Public Transportation MRT/LRT
