Full Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Handle and follow up pre-payments for all bookings which have been made.
  • Attend to daily emails and WhatsApp correspondences on timely manner.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the customer experience.
  • To create booking with supplier, prepare document for payment by the dateline
Requirement:


  • Candidate must process higher education level, Diploma tourism management
  • At least 3-5 years above working experience in related Tourism industry
  • Knowledge of using Sabre GDS for air ticketing
  • Power suite & Tour plan for Invoicing
  • BOS (Back Office system) for online booking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Working Location:  Mayflower Holidays, near Public Transportation MRT/LRT
