General Summary Of Position

The Senior Business Analyst working closely with the business unit and other internal IT resources. This role is pivotal in ensuring that business systems cater for the changing business requirement and to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. Manage project, appraise change requests and associated documentation for effective development and implementation of these requests. Follow up and effectively resolve any technical, business, software release and implementation issues.

What would your role look like?

Reporting to Assoc Director, IT Administration, you will be:

  • Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies.
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
  • Administration of System Change Requests and Problem reports
  • Provide business analysis of user requirements and associated systems and to prepare all the necessary documentation such as Validation Plan/Protocol, User Requirement, Design, Test plan/cases/scripts, User Manual, etc.
  • Coordination of software releases, based on global direction and timetable.
  • Manage/Lead/Participant in Projects to implement business application.
  • Ensure all IT system’s roll out is in compliance with Ansell Software Validation Master Plan.
  • To propose, manage and be responsible for site’s IT budget and expenses.
  • To conduct workshops and training.
  • Ensure compliances to the sites and global Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) i.e. Quality System Requirements (QSR), ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Japan MHLW, TUV, Ministerial Ordinance No.169 and other regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Be an IT Lead or representative to the site management.
  • Ensure prompt remedial action and accurate investigation and reporting of all accidents and incidents.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business related preferred.
  • Minimum three years in functional experience and skills in Dynamics 365 F&O for manufacturing.
  • Minimum four years of IT experience in supporting ERP for manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in supporting/using medium or large scale ERP system, with exposure to commercial integrated applications covering areas of Commercial, Distribution, Finance and Business Intelligence.
  • Strong IT project management skill. PMP certified would be advantageous.
  • Experience in SDLC methodologies within a regulated environment with excellent documentation skill.
  • Must be a team player and excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Requires good verbal and written communications skills, particularly the ability to communicate IT requirements and issues with non-IT audiences
  • Ability to travel as required.
