Software Engineer

Full Job Description

• Providing customer service/ application support via telephone, remote assistance and email
• Handle incoming calls from end users and perform first contact resolution
• Handle software & hardware updates, installation and migration tasks
• Ensure logged in tickets are solved within the time frame
• Onsite system implementation
• Handle and solve IT technical issue
• Conduct product training to end user
• Involve in Ad Hoc Project
  
  

• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Advantage)
• Possess Diploma/ Degree in IT / Accounting / Business
• Good knowledge of Accounting, inventory & HR system (Advantage)
• Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
• Able to work with minimum supervision, self driven and result oriented
• In house training will be provided
• Ability to build rapports with clients over the phone/ email
• Ability to learn and support new applications
• Preferably with own transport & willing to travel.
