Job Descriptions: -
1. Gather all information and identify site visit reports, dilapidation reports, C&S assessment reports, bills of
material, construction drawings and single-line diagrams provided by Project Management Control (PMC).
2. Receive materials on-site and ensure material arrive as per Delivery Order / Bill of Material as per request.
3. Responsible on supervise the installation team / Sub-Contractor and assure that installation quality as per
approved design. To Execute work as per JS Standard Procedure and as per document provided.
4. Responsible to advice and give training to Subcontractor about JS Solar`s Standard installation, together with
manufacturer installation manuals for the installation purpose.
5. Responsible on arranging machinery for lifting, unloading PV Panel, Structure, Inverter and Balance of
System based on site condition.
6. Responsible & maintain to update Daily progress report Maintain a daily report of installation work progress
and communicate updates on the WhatsApp group.
7. Liase with Design Department in major changes based on site condition/constraints.
8. Responsible to Prepare Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) reports and promptly email the details to Project
Management Control and design department.
9. Responsible on Attend shutdown interconnections activities.
10. Responsible to prepare Project Completion Reports and do Inspection for every activity done install at site
together with prepare Request for Inspection (RFI) reports.
11. Responsible on supervise and checking electrical testing DC and AC part before Project Energize.
12. Responsible on Conduct testing and commissioning activities, Provide Testing and commissioning Form as
per SEDA T&C Form.
13. Responsible to Establish and set up monitoring systems for Data Logger, Weather station, Inverter and etc.
14. Responsible on Monitor, Daily remote site and address any rectification work needs for two months postinstallation.
15. Responsible on prepare Project Handover to Operation and maintainance department compile all necessary
documents that required.
