Full Job Description

  • Responds e-commerce new revenue streams and research develop of new market needs.
  • Development of a full pipeline of sales prospects and strong sales processes to identify potential merchants and go-to-market.
  • Manage new campaigns, objectives and communicating to department team.
  • Identify new business opportunities for the Malaysia market.
  • Leads performance marketing channels for eCommerce on driving media efficiency.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with founder and stakeholders.
  • Plan business operation day-to-day performance of work, supporting sales tactics, drive and develop sales success.
  • Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management or 1 year of leadership.
  • Recognition in sales achievement revenue within e-Commerce, Saas or Internet of Things .
  • Degree in Business Administration (Economics, Marketing or Relevant). Or, Diploma, Professional Cert with proven track record in Sales.
  • Excellent leadership, management, problem-solving, negotiations, interpersonal, and communications skills.
  • Strongly preferred with E-Commerce / Social Commerce / Saas experience.
  • Willing to travel as required
  • Proficient in spoken and written English. Mandarin and Malay is a plus
