• Responsible for process integration and support of technology transfers
• Drive integration and ramp-up of new technologies into production
• Perform optimization and adaptation of process modules
• Analyze complex technical problems and find solutions using methodical problem-solving techniques
• Support of production in case of line deviations

Your Profile

• PhD, Masters or Bachelor's Degree in the Engineering field
• 1 - 5 years of working experience in direct wafer fab
• Excellent knowledge of semiconductor device physics
• Good experience in problem solving methodologies
• Strong communication skills, able to interact with all levels ofpersonnel
• Good interpersonal skills, analytical and leadership skills & a goodteam player
• Must be a self-starter who can work both independently and in groups across different site functional teams
