1. Candidate must be in possession of Valid IWCF Well Control certification at supervisor level plus BOSIET and offshore medical certificates.
2. Candidate should have at least 15 years oilfield experience of which 7 years should be at senior drilling supervisor level on offshore rigs
3. Candidate should have at least two (2) years’ experience in minimum well cost drilling activities, preferably Gulf of Thailand and at least two (2) years’ experience in running Cement Through Completion Systems
4. Candidate must be proficient in written and verbal English and be computer literate.
5. Candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering offshore Wells and must have experience working for an Operator.
6. Previous experience of working in the Gulf of Thailand considered a major advantage. Experience working in Malaysia considered an advantage.
7. Candidate should be educated to at least high school level, some College education preferred. Recognised Degree in an appropriate discipline considered an advantage
8. Candidate should have strong HSE and leadership behaviours
