Full Job Description

• Strategize sales and marketing campaigns on social medial platform eg :Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Xiao Hong Shu and etc.
• Plan, propose, execute and follow-up on marketing campaigns and social media content.
• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
• Brainstorming creative ideas for content and branding as well as effective communication strategies.
• Copywriting for all social media marketing materials and advertising materials.
• Conducting research and analyze data to identify market audiences.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
• Other ad-hoc tasks related as needed
  
  

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or its equivalent
• At least 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the Digital Marketing field is required for this position.
• Able to work independent with minor supervision.
• Knowledge in planning, managing, social and platforms etc.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and can provide flexible solutions
• Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Candidate with retail-related marketing will be advantage
