Full Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Providing in-house repairing for printer/desktop and laptop
  • Monitoring dedicated queues to ensure SLAs are maintained.
  • Proper assignment of tickets as well as facilitation of resource allocation based on work load
  • Assist in coordinating with customers for project
  • Response to customer emails and follow up end to end
  • Prepare quotation for customer enquiry and issuance of billing to customer after job had completed
  • Receive and respond any query to all requester in timely manner
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report to customer
  • Provide update to team lead/management where applicable and any other task assigned by manager


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Preferably with relevant working experience of minimum 1-2 year
  • Required Skills: Well verse in MS Office - Excel, Words and Powerpoint.
  • Resourceful and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work overtime if required
  • Able to converse and write well in English.
  • Experience working with customer technology and support requirements.
  • Experience working with SLAs
  • Strong time management and strong interpersonal skills/communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Able to start in short notice is highly preferable
  • 1 year contract position
