Job Responsibility

Job Requirements

  • Payroll
    • Collecting and analyzing the accuracy of employee timesheets
    • Entering and updating payroll data in the software
    • Maintaining a record of employeesâ annual and sick leaves
    • Resolving any queries related to the payroll
    • Preparing and processing all tax-related forms in time (EA FORM ,CP 21, PCB & other)
    • Accounting
      • Key In All Transactions
      • In change of debtor control, credits and general ledger
      • Batch key in accordingly
      • Reconciling of bank
        • Possess SPM, Diploma in Accounting, or a related field
        • Can speak in Mandarin & English
        • Complete knowledge of accounting practices and payroll activities
        • Familiarity with payroll & accounting software (UBS & SQL)
        • Good time management and organizational skills
        • Good multitasking abilities
        • Able to communicate, understand the need from management
        • No lateness
