Full Job Description
Job ResponsibilityJob Requirements
- Payroll
- Collecting and analyzing the accuracy of employee timesheets
- Entering and updating payroll data in the software
- Maintaining a record of employeesâ annual and sick leaves
- Resolving any queries related to the payroll
- Preparing and processing all tax-related forms in time (EA FORM ,CP 21, PCB & other)
- Accounting
- Key In All Transactions
- In change of debtor control, credits and general ledger
- Batch key in accordingly
- Reconciling of bank
- Possess SPM, Diploma in Accounting, or a related field
- Can speak in Mandarin & English
- Complete knowledge of accounting practices and payroll activities
- Familiarity with payroll & accounting software (UBS & SQL)
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Good multitasking abilities
- Able to communicate, understand the need from management
- No lateness
