Roles, Responsibilities And Job Expectations
- Perform deburring,
helicoil, pin insertion, jitterbug for parts and visual check on
component
level.
- Actively participate in
continuous improvement process and maintain 6S at work
environment
- Timely perform maintenance on deburring equipment, station according to schedule.

Properly setup and handle deburring equipment and parts with correct
parameters for
- Accurately maintain information in
Production Supporting System (i.e. Inventory, cost, quality,
- Perform task according to procedure & work instruction.
- Perform timely recording and accurate
reporting of production status especially departmental
- Reports to and supports supervisor in term
of coordinating and communicating in case of
- Carry out any non-conformance
parts rework activities according to non-conformance
- Any other Tasks assign by Superior.
- Prefer working experience in similar metal removal, polishing and visual inspection processes.
- SPM / SKM/ Certificate in Sciences / Engineering or Diploma in Science/Engineering
- Must have a steady hand to perform precise handwork
- Good characters for teamwork and reliability
- Good eyesight & good physical and able to carry
heavy parts (15kg)
- Prefer with
PSDC or JMTI Level 23
