Full Job Description

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Manage the customer relationship to ensure customer service standards are achieved and continuously improved.
• Ensure operational deliverables are understood and communicated to the rest of the employees
• Manage and lead the operational teams. Assess and develop (where appropriate) team members in skill development and career management.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to including warehouse / product security.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse Environment
• E-Commerce experience and exposure is an added advantage
• Able to manage end to end Warehouse Operations
• Must work in Shah Alam
