Operation Associate - Business Development

Job Description:

• Ensure that we provide quality end-to-end e-commerce services to our customers, which includes shop management and inventory planning
• Work with Supplier Managers to ensure shop mechanics and decorations are professionally maintained and all customer requests are handled timely and accurately
• Responsible for the submission of purchase orders and liaising with warehouse to ensure stock replenishment is timely and accurately
• Responsible for ensuring that customers comply with payment schedules and reconciling payment disputes and discrepancies
• Involved in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new softwares to assess the suitability of systems for adoption to improve work efficiency
• Understand internal data structure and data sources to assist in data pulling to facilitate data analysis needed to improve workflow and make informed decision
• Facilitate the training of new team members by ensuring product knowledge and technical know-how are done professionally
• Provide professional and dedicated service to our Fulfill by Shopee partners to ensure good warehousing and last-mile standards

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related discipline with 1 to 2 years of experience in an operational role or related fields within the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change. Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously
• Able to break down and explain technical knowledge simply to stakeholders verbally or in writing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must
• Proficiency in SQL (intermediate) preferred, able to pull backend data from the system
• Conversational in both English and Mandarin is a plus
• Good time management with the ability to work independently
• Meticulous and has an eye for details
