Full Job Description

Job Responsibility Develop mold manufacturing process and enhance manufacturing capability. Plan and establish tech standard of mold manufacturing. Develop and improve mold manufacturing and process development& improvement. Evaluate, test, and implement new mold manufacturing. Evaluate, develop, and improve the fixtures which are applied in production and measuring equipment. Support the analysis, development, and improvement of standard clamping fixture for Auto Measuring System. Support the development and improvement of Mold Automation. Support new mold tech test and establish related tools and system. Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor. Comply and follow all procedures within the company. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements Proficient in industry products, production processes and technical knowledge. Familiar with mold structure and processing. Familiar with Tooling maintenance in injection molding environment. Secondary School or equivalent preferred; or more than 3 years of Tooling related experience or related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
