Job brief

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our brand presence and growth in the competitive FMCG industry. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and ensure market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Lead a team in conceptualizing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Liaise with external agencies/service provider/clients/shareholder and more related to marketing subject.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for product development and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including packaging, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, maximizing ROI while controlling costs.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the FMCG industry, with a track record of successful brand building and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Willing to travel and based in Kapar.
