  • Languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer support, liaising between customers and internal staff for all support activities.
  • Conduct testing as needed.
  • Manage and oversee support phases, ensuring timely execution and resolution.
  • Have a deep understanding of the business and its products
  • Resolve issues and risks associated with assigned support.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and resolve problems.
  • Conduct internal testing on reported issues and new releases before customer deployment.
  • Prepare and update documentation for existing software/solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practices for clients and team members.
  • Applicant would be willing to work on Rotational Shift between 4:00 pm to 9:00 am
  • Day Shift 4:00 pm to 1:00 am
  • Night Shift 1:00 am to 9:00 am
  • One Month 4 Day off
