Full Job Description

- Strong follow-up abilities.
- You need to have good communication skills
- Languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer support, liaising between customers and internal staff for all support activities.
- Conduct testing as needed.
- Manage and oversee support phases, ensuring timely execution and resolution.
- Have a deep understanding of the business and its products
- Resolve issues and risks associated with assigned support.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify and resolve problems.
- Conduct internal testing on reported issues and new releases before customer deployment.
- Prepare and update documentation for existing software/solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practices for clients and team members.
- Applicant would be willing to work on Rotational Shift between 4:00 pm to 9:00 am
- Day Shift 4:00 pm to 1:00 am
- Night Shift 1:00 am to 9:00 am
- One Month
4 Day off
