Full Job Description

• Manage talent sourcing, acquisition & on boarding process
• Ensure headcount gap are fulfilled within stipulated timeframe
• Plan & execute on Employer branding initiatives on different platforms
• Organize periodical talent engagement survey
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Other ad-hoc task as assigned

• Minimum Diploma in HR/Psychology / Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience. Experience in hiring executive levels will be
  
  

highly preferred

• Able to handle people tactfully & sensitively
• Good communication skills in English, BM & Mandarin

• Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and
