Full Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To assist in maintenance work procurement and productivity;
  • To build a long term relationship with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors;
  • To follow up on maintenance works and be the middle person of contact between clients, contractors and suppliers;
  • To record maintenance works daily and arrange contractor or supplier accordingly;
  • To monitor and review all the maintenance works by contractor and supplier;
  • To perform other related duties as required during working hour

Job Requirements

  • Language skill: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum Education: SPM
  • No working experience required.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Good interpersonal skill, good initiative and positive attitude.
  • Good team player with strong commitment and selfâmotivated.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
