Full Job Description
Job Responsibility- To assist in maintenance work procurement and productivity;
- To build a long term relationship with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors;
- To follow up on maintenance works and be the middle person of contact between clients, contractors and suppliers;
- To record maintenance works daily and arrange contractor or supplier accordingly;
- To monitor and review all the maintenance works by contractor and supplier;
- To perform other related duties
as required during working hour
- Language skill: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum Education: SPM
- No working experience required.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Good interpersonal skill, good initiative and positive attitude.
- Good team player with strong commitment and selfâmotivated.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able
to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
