If you have a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and possess a strong background in managing upscale restaurants, then this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and exceed customer expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure consistent adherence to service standards, ensuring each guest receives a memorable dining experience.
Requirements:
- Preferarbly speaks Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining establishments.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build and manage a successful team.
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
