Job Description We are a team of four Procurement Category Mangers located on site Campeon / Neubiberg in charge of Facility Management topics. This includes services for maintaining all building relevant services (OPEX) as well as investments for new equipment or buildings/site extensions(CAPEX).
If you are interested in Procurement processes as well as in Facility Management topics, support our team in the following topics:

• Preparation and structuring of tender processes
• Analyzing of incoming proposals of bidders
• Support and attend negotiations with suppliers
• Support for documentation topics (as contract, tender and awarding documents)
• Organizational support (as meeting arrangements, room bookings, catering)
• Support for Procurement internal processes and reporting

Your Profile

• Interest in commercials, civil engineering and maintaining services, knowledge advantageous
• Communication and analytical skills

• Work in a young and open minded team
• Gain insights of negotiations and tender processes that are state of the art
• Be part of high volume and cross-site bundled awarding processes
