  • Accountable, responsible, and own to steer and provide leadership in driving Corporate Quality Division to meet and surpass the organization Vision, Mission, and goals. Spearheading the Division in providing Quality to Business Units (Heavy Engineering Operations and Marine Operations) in achieving Company targeted performance and deliverables. without jeopardizing governance, processes, procedures, and practices. Direct the division in streamlining and ensuring consistent approach of Quality throughout the organization.
  • Accountable, responsible, and own the implementation of Quality that meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. This includes developing Vision and Mission for Quality, creating policies, defining Quality metrics, procedures, and ensuring Quality control processes are in place throughout the organization.
  • Spearhead Quality teams across the organization (from Corporate all the way down to Projects). This includes coaching, setting expectations, providing feedback, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Steer Quality Assurance programs throughout the organization (new). This includes establishing goals, objectives, and targets for Quality Assurance, and ensuring that programs are aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Elevate Quality to the highest level to be in confidence of Customers and throughout the organization in protecting the Company’s image for the current and future businesses.
  • Evaluate Quality data to identify trends, opportunities, and problematic areas for improvement. Deep dive into data review from various sources and across teams in the organization to identify opportunities and issues for improvements.
  • Strategize change management processes to ensure that Quality initiatives are effectively communicated and adopted throughout the organization. This includes working closely with other Divisions to ensure that Quality initiatives are integrated into business processes and systems.
  • Liable for ensuring the organization comply with all relevant regulatory requirements including accreditations (ISO, API, ASME). This includes monitoring regulatory changes, ensuring that Quality practices meet regulatory requirements, and preparing for regulatory audits.
  • Engage in cross-functional teams to identify and resolve Quality issues. Work with other Division Heads to ensure that quality standards are integrated into all processes and systems across the organization. It involves overseeing the work of professionals who provide guidance and supports in developing the organization skills and knowledge.
  • Oblige for developing and managing budgets for Quality programs and initiatives. This includes forecasting costs, identifying areas for cost savings, and ensuring that budgets are aligned with business needs and priorities.
  • Establish short-and long-term organizational goals and objectives to ensure alignment with broader organizational strategies. This includes top-down directional approach to the teams while coaching them to achieve the goals.
  • Own and steer the Generative Quality Culture in the organization in ensuring sustenance Quality practices throughout the organization. This includes being in the front line to promote, campaign, communicate programs to inculcate Quality-oriented mindset in each personnel.
  • Provide leadership model in ensuring the teams are engaged with opportunities to grow and learn new skills. This involves in establishing a positive work culture where employees feel valued and appreciated.
  • Accountable in the decision making related to Quality matters, quick and robust way forward in integrating Quality as pillar into organization’s interest in Safety, Delivery and Cost.
  • Regulate the Division to work on digital projects, as well as to understand the needs of Customers who are using digital channels to interact with businesses.
  • Adhere to the Safety requirements and provide leadership model in the organization to in be compliance to the Safety.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of twenty-five (20) years working experience in oil and gas industry including ten (10) years in senior managerial roles.
  • Proven experience in quality management system.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
