• Develops and manages budgets for Food and Beverage departments.
• Maintains positive cost management for operations.
• Manages daily operations and supervises employees.

Skills And Experience Required

• At least 5 year's experience in F&B Assistant Manager
• Working in a reputable hotel before will be an added advantage.
• Expertise in all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to food and beverage.
