Job Description

  • To support Keysight Technologies Cost Accounting Hub operation.
  • To support the Financial & SOX Audit, Local GAAP and local legal statutory. Participate/support internal, external and SOX process audits, walkthrough and or reviews.
  • Documenting and updating cost accounting processes, procedures, and key controls in line with US GAAP & SOX.
  • Participate in physical inventory audits to ensure inventory custodians adhere to policies/guidelines and provide recommendation for improvement where necessary.
  • Working closely with business partners or inventory business owners to achieve operational goals and improve internal controls on inventory management.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration OR Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
  • Fresh graduates or a year relevant working experience, preferably in MNC environment or an international accounting firm.
  • Good leadership and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle will be an added advantage.
