Must- Haves
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Additional knowledge and experience in the insurance and assistance industry is a beneficial asset.
- In-depth understanding of the business and industry, including staying informed about market trends, emerging markets, and competition landscape.
- Results-driven individual with the ability to independently organize, plan, and execute tasks within set deadlines.
- Proficient in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across different levels and locations.
- Skills in online and social media marketing, either through
in-house management or utilizing external expertise.
- Lead the product or service development process from concept to market launch, covering ideation, validation, prototyping, marketing, development, launch, and ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to consistently generate and refine product and service ideas.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitors, assess market potential, and stay informed about industry developments. Use this data to develop necessary business cases.
- Develop products and services tailored to market needs, leveraging the organization's unique capabilities and competitive advantages.
- Create and maintain a repository of the organization's product list, features, marketing materials, and distribution channels.
- Implement strategic marketing initiatives, including managing the organization's online presence and social media to build and engage with the audience.
