A recruiter is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in hotel sales management.
  • Strong Leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, provide training, and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
