Requirements Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen.Ideally age less than 30 years old.Successful candidates will undergo for a 2 years of training at Pusat Pergigian Kanak-kanak & IKKLM (Pergigian) Georgetown, Pulau Pinang.Upon completion of studies, candidates are required to serve at SASMEC @IIUM as Dental Surgery Assistant (U19) and will be bond with SASMEC @IIUM for certain period of time.Have good physical and mental condition.Able to focus on the training and the task given.Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skillMature, proactive and dynamic individual with ability to adapt to changes and must be able to work under pressure.LANGUAGE QUALIFICATIONAll candidates must have obtained Credits (at least C) for Bahasa Melayu,English (including oral examination), Mathematic and one of the subject of Science (Science/ Applied Science/ Biology/ Chemistry/ Physics) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)/ Sijil Vokasial Malaysia (SVM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.*In support of Maqasid Shariah, IIUM is a smoke free campus*Note : Shortlisted applicants who are currently employees of the Malaysian Government or Statutory Bodies in Malaysia will be required to submit the hard copy of applications through the respective Heads of Department together with the confidential report and up to date service
