Full Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Data Management: Create, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases, ensuring all information is current and complete.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, follow up on tasks, and provide excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Towing Coordination: Handle and monitor towing assignments, claims notifications, and acceptance of claims offers.
  • Database Management: Check and update database systems of the company to ensure task completion and accuracy.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, schedule appointments, coordinate and prepare meeting materials, and record minutes.
  • Document Handling: Manage document and clerical duties for marking jobs, including issuing invoices and quotations.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, messages, and manage correspondence to maintain clear communication channels.
  • Training Coordination: Supervise, train, and support staff, coordinate training sessions, and maintain training records.
  • Office Efficiency: Coordinate office activities, secure compliance with SOPs, policies, and objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve administrative and operational problems, supporting managers and team members as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative coordination, customer support, or related roles.
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to engage in presentations.Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
