Customer Service Officer

Full Job Description

• Perform Goods Received Notes of inbound stocks for our range of products.
• Generate invoice for stock replenishment, new stock allocation and cash sales customers.
• Compile and manage the orders received from sales team.
• Register new listing of products with retail partners periodically.
• Support in planogram planning and implementation at designated brand counters and retail fairs.
• Create Purchase Orders for on-going and seasonal stocks.
• Close monitoring of inventory and ensure timely replenishments with retail partner.
• Key in sales orders for online transactions into sales management and inventory system
• Support e-commerce business with timely updates on price, stock quantity in our Lazada and Shopee platforms
  
  

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
