Job Scope: 
- To assist clients from email enquiry or phone-in calls. 
- Learn & understand what we supply & sells so you know how to propose to our client. 
- Able to learn and provide high-quality service and skills to handle customer requirement. 
- To responsible with your work so that you can close more sales. 
- Follow up work from placing order to in-house delivery. 
- No out-visit customer required. (Indoor sales only)

Requirements:
Being able to read Chinese is definitely an advantage.
At least 1 yr or working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
Must be highly motivated to achieve great success

A brief summary of a sales representative:
-Enquiry > engage with client > propose & confirm order > logo & visual artwork for printing on our products > monitoring the printing progress and then arrange for delivery to meet client's deadline.
-Responsible for a tidy company's showroom, joining company's sales campaign & gift-away festival campaign. Collect payment & submission your sales document for admin for filing record, etc.
