Carlos Bernabé is the new general manager of Continental Timisoara

Continental announces the appointment of Carlos Bernabé as general manager of the tire factory in Timisoara, one of the most modern production units of the company.

Carlos Bernabé has been working in Continental for about 40 years and thus brings with him an important experience in the field of tire production. A graduate of Mechanical Engineering and with a master’s degree in Quality Management in France, Carlos has extensive knowledge and expertise in global markets, working for 25 years in various management positions.

Prior to this position, Carlos Bernabé served as general manager of the tire factory in Alor Setar, Malaysia, for three years. Before that, he was production manager at the tire unit in Timisoara.

“I feel very privileged to return to Timisoara and to take part in the continuous development of our factory here. I was impressed by the evolution of the team and I am convinced that we will continue to develop efficiently and produce the best quality tires,” said Bernabé.

In its nearly 20 years of activity, Continental Timișoara has produced and delivered to its customers globally over 240 million tires.
