Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to ensure that the company's plans on sales and profitability targets are achieved with minimized cost expenditures.
- Prepare action plans for effective search for international sales leads and prospects.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
- To establish productive and professional relationships with key distributors in assigned region and source for new distributors.
- Support distributors with technical and marketing information, which including creates and conducts proposal presentations to distributors, dealers, key account customers.
- Establish and contact with distributors/dealers/key account customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- To manage overall sales operations.
- Understanding and providing category-specific landscapes and trends as well as reporting market-specific insights.
- Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Executives.
- Developing infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function.
- Leading multifunctional work with different business teams.
- Performing research and identifying new potential customers and market opportunities, ensuring sales pipelines is healthy.
- Liaising with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Keeping abreast of new product launches and ensuring sales team members are on board.
- Building key international strategic expansion with teamwork.
- Setting up timelines to produce quarterly/monthly business performance reports and sales forecasts.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 3 year(s) experience in related field, preferably in F&B industry and/or export market.
- Experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry will be an added advantage.
- Self confident, vibrant and pleasant personality.
- Able to travel overseas.
- Good computer and internet proficiency.
- Good spoken & written in English & Mandarin or German, French, Dutch, Korean, Japanese will be advantaged.
- Candidates must be result oriented and self driven. Highly organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets is required to be considered for manager position.
- Able relocate to Kulim Hi-Tech.
