Full Job Description
The primary role of Associate Business Analyst is to work with business partners to enhance processes, promote best practices and provide support and solutions for business requests affecting Quality Assurance systems. Facilitating projects and improvements for Quality Assurance. Work may include being the member of a project team, or as an individual contributor for major activities and support issuesLet's Talk About Responsibilities
- Understand the architecture of the applications that are used by ResMed Post Market Quality (PMQ) and provides technical expertise when working with IT and business stakeholders.
- Provide support to ResMed PMQ team to ensure we meet Global regulatory requirements and business needs.
- Participate in ResMed complaint handling system project and other business applications, working with both internal and external vendors, ResMed business and IT staff.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
- Oversight of ResMed Complaint Handling System administration
- Work closely with key stakeholders to provide technical solutions for Quality Assurance business requirements.
- Establish and maintain change control processes, and ensure the applications and interfaces are in a validated state.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or question and make recommendation to IT team for enhancement.
- Using data to
draw key insights/ findings, identify areas for process optimization
and efficiency enhancement, assist in their implementation and deliver
better value back to business
Required:
- Bachelor Degree of Science, Engineering, Computer Science, IT
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Translating complex business problems and technical information into clearly articulated and logical presentations.
- Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA,
Confluence, etc.
- Project management experience.
- Formal training in Quality Systems or Six Sigma.
- Experience in an ISO, TGA or FDA certified quality driven industry.
- Experience in Oracle, SFDC, SQL
- Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
