Full Job Description

SCOPE OF ROLE: To assist the Head of Marketing & Communications in creating and maintaining business relations with Airport Authorities, Airline Partners, Media and all internal and external parties in order to develop a strong bond and sound image for the Company in the Region, and within the Country.

RESPONSIBILITIES :Assist in developing and maintaining good relationship with Airline partners, airport authorities, the landlord, all external partners and media in an effort to constantly build rapport to upkeep a positive image of the Company .Assist to develop, implement, promote and publicize programmes and/or special events designed to build awareness of the Company .Assist with the planning, organizing and execution of media and press visits, KOLs' visits, sponsorship/promotional events and charity programmes .Regularly generate media releases of company events and activities for appropriate, targeted media .Prepare and draft write up or articles required for joint promotional activities, eg: monthly F&B promotions, partnership marketing, special offers, guest letters, notices, for the Head of Marketing & Communications' review .Continuously seek out appropriate Awards Programmes for review and submission by Head of Marketing & Communications to further strengthen the Company existence and image .Assist to proof rall draft of collateral/material prior to publicatio nTo join the Head of Marketing & Communications in establishing contact, maintain rapport and strong ties with Tourism Authorities in State and Country Level .To also explore with current clients on better exposure of PPL via all marketing channels, i.e: joint collaterals, advertising and promotional materials .To prepare/draft of write up or articles required based on the needs of the existing / new client on joint collaboration and promotin gTo work with Communications Coordinator to monitor / manage the pages and campaigns on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and as well as guest comments on Trip Adviso rTo monitor PPL MAL, Flight Club and Aerotel websites daily to ensure all information is update dAssist with organizing and coordinating events/functions which are hosted by PPL (Annual Buka Puasa event/AOC Festive Gatherings, etc. )To support the F&B/ lounge marketing/ partnership initiative throughout SEA .Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time .
REQUIREMENT S:
3-5 years of professional experience in Marketing Communicatio ns.Candidate with F&B experience, knowledge of retails will be advanta ge.Proven track record of a self-starter who can think out of the box and autonomously execute projects in hospitality environme nt.Fast learner adapts well to and is energized by chan ge.Results-oriented strategic thinker, who is assertive and full of initiativ es.
