Full Job Description

Job Responsibility Raise Local Purchase Order for all sublet jobs. Check and reconcile daily reports from 3 in 1. Timely closing and dispatching of all warranty claims and technical reports. Administer the petty cash float and prepare weekly summary for reimbursement. Prepare end of the month report. Make reminder telephone calls to customers on appointment, back-order parts and cash payments. Close and dispatch all cash and credit invoices daily. Follow up calls to overdue credit customers. Reconcile and bank daily collections. To make follow-up calls daily. Attend to phone calls promptly and practice telephone courtesy techniques. Entertain customer inquiries and provide assistance when required. Conduct regular 5S housekeeping activities and ensure overall cleanliness of administrative office. Job Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with other software programs and office equipment would also be helpful. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent in business administration or related field; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
