Full Job Description

  • Main responsibilities include managing accounts finance and office administration activities.
  • Perform accurate posting of expenses and other transactions to journals or ledgers verifying their accuracy such as invoices bills or vouchers.
  • Assist in daily office administrative tasks including documentation filing correspondence and follow-up on pending matters.
  • Collaborate with auditors as needed.
  • Daily reconciliation of customer payments.
  • Collaborate closely with Directors.

  • Must have a LCCI Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in related fields.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Autocount Accounting Software is a plus.
  • Capable of working independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Must be punctual possess a positive attitude and able to find innovative solutions.
  • Must be eager to learn and enhance skills.
  • Must prioritize meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Can work independently and is resourceful.
