Full Job Description
- Main responsibilities include managing accounts finance and office administration activities.
- Perform accurate posting of expenses and other transactions to journals or ledgers verifying their accuracy such as invoices bills or vouchers.
- Assist in daily office administrative tasks including documentation filing correspondence and follow-up on pending matters.
- Collaborate with auditors as needed.
- Daily reconciliation of customer payments.
- Collaborate closely with Directors.
- Must have a LCCI Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in related fields.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Familiarity with Autocount Accounting Software is a plus.
- Capable of working independently and with minimal supervision.
- Must be punctual possess a positive attitude and able to find innovative solutions.
- Must be eager to learn and enhance skills.
- Must prioritize meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can work independently and is
resourceful.
