Account Payable Executive

Full Job Description

• Posting customer payments by recording types of payment mode
• Verifying and entering transactions all revenue postings
• Update receivables by totalling unpaid invoices
• Maintain all records of invoices, debits and credits
• Verifying validity of account discrepanices
• Resolve valid or authorised deductions include invalid & unauthorised
• Resolve queries both internal and external on outstanding invoices
• Post business transactions such as income and payments
• Issuance and verification of invoices, payment vouchers, cheque and account statements
• Reconcile bank statements
  
  

• Candidate must possess a Diploma or equivalent
• Familiar skill(s): SQL Accounting Software
• Preferably 1-2 years experience Executives specializing in full set accounting, general entry or equivalent
