Account Executive

Full Job Description

• To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
• Prepare Billing and Payment
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with tax rules and government regulations, such as SST
• To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.
• To update monthly ageing report.
• Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
• Tracking and Recording Shipment Costing
  
  

• A degree in accounting or finance is often preferred.
• Prior experience in accounting, particularly within the logistics or freight forwarding industry, can be crucial. Employers may look for candidates with 1-3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in SQL accounting software and familiarity with freight forwarding systems.
• Ability to manage detailed financial records and perform precise calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams.
