Job Description

**As the Costing Executive, Specifically, you will possess following skillset:**
+ Prepare and review quotations for both new Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and existing SKUs for the Malaysia and Singapore markets, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
+ Ensure all pricing proposals comply with the company's Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines, securing necessary internal approvals prior to quote submission.
+ Monitor product margins and conduct thorough profitability analyses to support strategic business decisions.
+ Proactively drive initiatives aimed at improving margins and overall profitability.
+ Provide support for ad hoc reporting requests, delivering clear and actionable insights to management and other stakeholders.
+ Assist with month-end closing activities, with a focus on Purchase Price Variance (PPV), price erosion, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
+ Calculate direct labor, burden, and overhead costs to support accurate product costing and financial planning.
+ Collaborate closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure Bills of Materials (BOM) and routings are accurately maintained in the SAP system.
+ Execute annual standard cost roll processes, ensuring up-to-date and precise standard costing across all relevant products.
