- Managing Supply Distribution and associated equipments: Potable Water, Liquid Petroleum Gas, Nitrogen, Natural Gas,
- Managing and maintaining building maintenance (roof, wall, doors, etc) not limited to office/workshop facilities (toilet, pantry, canteen, aircond, lighting, ventilation.etc) and plumbing system,
- Manage Site Layout and drawings, permitting and legals compliance related to facility, Ensure all documents are done and kept properly for traceability and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety requirements,
- Recommend and implement changes to equipment related to facilities based on results of experimental evaluations,
- Interface with manufacturing and maintenance personnel regarding operations and maintenance of carbon/carbon equipment, including emergency procedures and safety considerations,
- Local focal point of FAC-05 process and responsible to perform risk review accordingly and reporting to the headquarters,
- Support/collaborate with Project Manager on diverse projects related to facilities for site improvement according to capital expanditures, including preparation and specification, data gathering, estimations, and selecting and coordinating vendors and contractors.

o Process Instrumentation: Gas analysers, Chromatograph, Flow and presssure Transmitters,
- Lead design and top level support of all production equipment, utilities, and treatment systems at the Sendayan site. Includes working to ensure production equipment is available when needed, equipment life cycle analysis, equipment health assessments, equipment replacement plans, supporting maintenance. Be the last go-to person before equipment OEM support is required to resolve issues.
- Working closely with the Capital Project Team to plan and execute critical factory investments. This will include responsibilities for development of concepts, justifications, Scope of Work creation, purchasing and vendor activities, installation and commissioning. You may support the Captial Projects Team or lead projects on your own.
- Requires strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, control and chemical systems.
- Creation and maintenance of all technical drawings for Utilities, equipment, piping layouts, electrical schematics, tooling, fixtures, and material handling equipment.
- Assist Engineering Department in calculations, design, and drawings for new equipment and process improvement.

- Ensures that work accomplished under the repair stations certificate is done in accordance with MOE and associated procedures.

- Performs detailed product investigations on customer units and participates in any related technical reviews.

- Periodically validates and ensure compliance with both calibration procedure and scrap procedure to ensure both are properly implemented.
- Ensures the appropriate standards for quality control and assurance are established and maintained.
- Ensures that current maintenance and technical data are implemented.
- Ensures repair station records and documentation are implemented.
- Collaborates with HR Training Coordinator to ensure initial and recurrent training for all personnel involved in the maintenance activities.

- Ensures compliance with the MOE in the performance of inspection duties.
- Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative, etc.

- Bachelor's degree in related technical field preferred.
- Minimum of five years' experience working in a QA/QC function in an aerospace/aviation MRO environment.
- Minimum of five years' experience with aviation authorities regulations.
- Experience utilizing ERP system, preferably SAP
- Auditing experience with qualified internal auditor certification.
- Previous supervisory experience, including leading cross-functional teams preferred.
- Previous certifying staff experience preferred.
